O1 did not cut ties with colluding developer or still uses colluding algo

Management Group,

A number of independent FTSOs believe that O1 is still using a colluding algorithm. For public transparency, the following events occurred over a year timespan:

1.) Throughout 2022 FTSOs were presented evidence of collusion between a number of FTSOs that appeared to share an algorithm with legacy toadz developer that included O1.
2.) September 2022 - O1 appears to share a bitrue accounts / transactions with a number of FTSOs suspected above – This evidence of txid’s is provided by an independent observer on Twitter with handle ‘XRPForever’
3.) O1 briefly joins FTSO TG group in January 2023 – When confronted with the evidence, O1 operator claims he cut ties from the colluding developer and algo was rewritten
4.) Fast forward to today, we believe anomalies in the data suggest that the base algo was not rewritten – the below evidence was compiled by Use Your Spark. 4Dad’s role was to independently verify and publish these findings:

tl;dr: O1 did not cut ties with colluding developer and/or change their base algo. If chilled by their peers, we humbly request that Flare pauses their validation rewards until compliant. Dozens more data points available upon request.

A few months ago i came across this strange address.

In this address the last 5 transactions are:
May 30 2023 - 300sgb from an address that interacts with toadz contracts(and distributes sribbits)?
January 28 2023 - 11sgb from unnamed ex provider
January 28 2023 - 15.92sgb from 01FTSO
January 28 2023 - 112sgb from legacy toadz provider who hiro controlled(This was before he made the private key to legacy toadz public)
January 28-2023 - 73.9sgb another old provider ApeFTSO

Obviously the sums are too small and havent moved but i would love an explanation how your provider address can send anything to another address other providers happened to send.
I am certain that if we check all provider addresses we will never have something like this happening so it just seemed strange how this could happen.
Looking forward to 01FTSO engaging and lifting my curiosity

I have something that has couple of months and has been always here in my notes:

https://flare-ftso-monitor.flare.network/price?currency=ADA&startTime=15m&providerAddress=0x14b424bc9e9b8091a40384ff3d8f0c3dfc1a2879,0x961ecd8906b7ced689c45b7edb5b1e355cbeed45,0xb08cbc26735e9a32f36292de71e70cce97441ba9,0xbe304c28f3a050486b9733ae56cb5541b16c007b,0xbec604772722fe2e7a2a7b96339ffa71ceabf4e7,0xf5bd8783deb2c729b46ef2cf031e96ffe57a3a2f,0xf9d68721929ef5811fcbbbc7c77ea897dcc8bb05&relative=true&endTime=1675250149

This was back in february and that is the reason I didn’t posted this before, but I guess it makes sense now with the rest of the information.
If you check, one thing is different providers have same spikes at 0.5%, 1% or even more of the price. The other is providers submitting ADA price with a minimum $9 and $43 as maximum.
This is a spike that you do not see in other TSO.

For those wondering which addresses are included here:

-O1
-Flare Labs (was already chilled once)
-LoveFTSO (was already chilled once)
-CoffeeFTSO (was already chilled once)
-Old toadz (we know Hiro had the pvt keys of the TSO and then Toadz shut it down and started new provider)
-Fat cats (they also hired as the same dev and shut it down when confronted)
-0xb08cbc26735e9a32f36292de71e70cce97441ba9 (unamed but we was running at 85% accuracy when active  )

All good fellows right?

Birds of a feather flock together.

Looking into epoch 150629, all three providers mentioned spike on 6 symbols, XRP, LTC, XLM, BCH, BTC and ETH. How can that happen?!

This evidence looks pretty clear cut and nothing new to me.

I think the first evidence with payments to the same Bitrue account as the other colluding tsos is enough for a chill. The more recent price spikes also show O1 is still correlated to already chilled providers.

Can @O1FTSO please join the discussion? You’ve expressed your support for chilling other providers in the past.

The evidence seems clear, unless O1 rebukes them somehow Bushi supports the proposal

We support this chill. Good job compiling the evidence.

we support this proposal, thanks for your job producing these evidences :+1:

Fully Supported by FTSO London based on the evidence shown above.

It’s a shame, they don’t defend herself - but the evidence is clear, so we support the chill.

Vote to be called Wednesday unless we hear from @O1FTSO – thanks all

Given the provided information I support the chill. Great job to all that took the time to compile the data.

Yes, it is definitely conclusive evidence. Thank you for your hard work on this! +1

100% support this Chill.

True FTSO supports this proposal, thanks…

Looks like pretty good evidence of collusion, and recent evidence does make it seem that they are still in cahoots with bad actors.

We are currently for the chill, and will keep an eye out for a response from O1.

FTSOuk supports this proposal, Very good evidence of collusion

I think that Bitrue address sharing is enough for a chill, so ACDTftso fully support the proposal.
