Inactive Providers in Flare

Following a similar chill in Songbird i suggest we vote and remove these providers as inactive.

Old Fat Cats - 0x961ECd8906B7CEd689c45b7EDB5b1e355CbEED45
Old Oracle Swap - 0xEdFac79f110b0d792941508867f84552E6f3AA75
SignalChamp - 0xB0EBac02775B5fD157659c3483AC3a205786c2E7
SSDS - 0x80825633517FA2553c63e3639B2E0eA8F31Fe1fa

SignalChamp hasnt submitted for 28 days and from what i know quit.
SSDS hasnt submitted for 24 days and i have found no trace of them in social to explain this. They claimed rewards and transfered them out 13 days ago
Fatcats and Oracleswap as explained to Songbird Topic.

Chilling these providers will lower the entry point for others willing to enter.

I have not check. Are we certain the fat cats and oracle swap address is their old provider or is it their new ones that have been started and are being worked on.

I checked them before posting them.
Its their old addresses and they are welcome to join with new addresses ofc.
Those addresses are compromised anyway.
