You are free to start a chill proposal discussion but when doing so, please add the accusation and the parties being accused to the topic title. Then your first post should lay out the accusation and evidence to support it.

I agree, I recommend that you post it here, and so we can follow the process
and/or
(dependign on the blockchain you would want to discuss)
and we can have an open discussion ( 1. Discussion)
To clarify, I am unsure what your status is in the management group but chill proposal discussions are limited to management group members.
